Overview

The Being a Master-X™, was formulated as a Group of Leaders and CEOs, most of whom had already worked with Joan Sugerman, some for over 20 years, as their coach in their company(s) and individually. They wanted to engage in this high-level group coaching to accelerate their transformation to a new unprecedented level, by exploring the coaching methodology and results “Beyond” what was already known to be possible. The Being a Master-X Program has completed 9 series and is beginning its 10th. Each series is 17 sessions online for two hours every Monday night, with 6 and 9 participants over time at every series.

Objectives

  • Create a transformational “think-tank” where the entire Group explores together new Transformational territory.
  • The Group’s commitment is to have the Impossible Be Possible, to take actions aligned with their “Impossible Promise,” to cause unprecedented business results beyond the predictable, and to discover a new domain of existence for human beings
  • The engagement’s goal is to expand Beyond what is already known so that working and living in a new world with ‘impossible’ results sets a new precedent for what is possible.
  • Each participant creates themselves as the “Source” of their lives, their transformation, and their results, and is a Source for all the others, a resource, and a contribution to all in the Group.

Approach

  • Using group coaching and some individual coaching, the Being a Master-Xapproach has been an discovery and an invention.
  • During all sessions the Group engages in a Socratic inquiry to discover what they ‘don’t know that they don’t know.’
  • Integrity is the Foundation to create independently responsible extraordinary visionary leaders
  • Each participant engages with a regular buddy during the week to support each other’s goals and transformation.
  • Every slide for each session and the entire series is created originally by the lead coach, Joan Sugerman, and delivered at each session as the basis to realize the objective of each program.
  • The conversations are AN authentic, open inquiry THAT is profound and far-reaching to uncover ways of being and acting that no longer work, being responsible for these, and then create new possibilities, ways of being and acting to implement a new future.
  • This work is contextual where a paradigm shift alters reality, actions and results.
  • The context is the “Impossible is Possible” with a new future “Beyond” recognizable.

Results

  • Two participants, one a CEO and the other a Head of Business Development for Fortune 100 Companies, have joined together to form an EV Company, and are in their second round of funding, have signed their first contract, and are now positioned with many new clients and offers.
  • A mild-mannered psychotherapist has transformed into a bold international entrepreneur in partnership with Guam and the U.S. Government on a half-billion-dollar project to bring medical resources, real estate, and Western tourism to Guam and the surrounding Pacific islands.
  • A former newspaper CEO and writer is completing a provocative, historic, and highly political book, with the intention of turning it into a Hollywood movie.
