Overview

John Gillespie and Joan Sugerman met in a Seminar 35 years ago and have been working together ever since, with John as the Client and Joan as his Executive Coach. John has become a worldclass very successful business development expert, impacting many companies globally. Joan is still his Executive Coach. Internal Transformation: John took a stand for himself from a mindset of his past blue-collar worker upbringing,  to a future world leader; he mastered Gemini’s state-of-the art methodology for sales that supported him in winning his challenging revenue number goals every time out. He gave up being a solo sales guy, learned to scale big, took on a team approach, gave up control, and delegated effectively by generating large teams. At IBM-China he was the Head of sales Teams for 10 countries, supported by Joan coaching the entire sales team in 10 Asian countries at one time.

External Teams and Companies: John brought Joan in to coach the Executive Leadership Teams in the various companies where he worked over the years, to transform their effectiveness as he was transforming his own leadership, ultimately causing huge business success for the company.
